The Power Station Long ago, humans used to use this factory to produce electricity, but a fault in the main system made it dangerous for anyone to enter. Naturally, it was closed down, and no one has ever really got round to demolishing it. Large barbed wire fences line the outskirts, but dogs can easy wriggle under them, giving them a whole new place to explore. You can push the main entrance open, to reveal corridors and lots of little rooms, and at the very back, a huge engine room, where the power is produced. The old, rusted machines are no longer in use, so you can hide behind them, if you're willing to take the risk. However, all the doors up to the higher floors of the power station are locked tight, so you cannot live in any place other than the ground floor.
Greenacres Park Just at the edge of the city, where the skyscrapers turn into the quiet, peaceful suburbs, there is a large park, one that is visited rarely by humans. Long grass has grown haywire over the whole area, and the foliage has lost all the restricted order it once had. Occasionally, teenagers jump over the locked fences to graffiti on the rusted old play equiptment, but apart from them, there is hardly any other human activity around here. Mice and rats scurry to and fro, abundant in the wild, and are always a good source of food. Towards the centre of the park, there holds a large lake, one with crystal clear, deep waters. Swim in it if you wish, but most simply use it to drink from.
Pates Mansion At the very edge of the city, not long before the paved streets turn to open countryside, there stands a lonely mansion, it's large crumbling walls towering over the small houses below it. Years ago, the Pates family lived in those rooms, until a terrible crime was commited, and all the residents were killed in their beds. Police were involved, and after a long search, they found the murderer, but ever since then, no one has dared move back into the derelict old house. Wallpaper is peeling off the walls, faded with age, and the carpets are curling up at the corners. A grand staircase now stands covered in cobwebs, and leads up to the bedrooms, a comfortable place to sleep indeed. The furniture is still there, though a little ruined, and it is a good place to stay, or start a pack. The gardens can also be explored, although it almost resembles a jungle now it is no longer cared for. The attic is out of bounds, as there is no longer a possible way for a dog to get up there, and parents like to frighten their children with ghost stories about what makes those morbid creaking sounds in that dusty old room...
The Train Station A train station is still present near the middle of the city, empty, however, of any actual trains running through. The small shelter to the side is fine for keeping dogs out of the rain, but that's about it. Thugs come here often to cause trouble, and it's advised you stay out of their way, or pay the price. You can now venture down onto the rails, because it's safe, as no trains have passed through in years. But still, it's a place to be wary, so keep your wits about you... Moderator: Storm
The Junkyard A huge junkyard, to the east side of town, where all the dogs can meet to hang about. Large piles of litter and rubbish line a dirty pathway, and you'll be lucky to come out of here feeling clean. Old cars are left abandoned here, and discarded pieces of metal litter the floor. It's all to easy to cut your paw or hurt yourself some other way, so be careful... Moderator: Storm
High Street The main street that runs through town, this road is always busy with human activity. Shops line the paved paths, and you'd be lucky not to be noticed by some nosy kid. Having said that, it is a brilliant place to find food, and by acting all innocent, you may even persuade one of the cheapskate humans to throw some food down for you... Moderator: Storm
The Cemetery This small, misty cemetery is right on the boundaries of the city, and beyond it's crumbling walls, you can see miles upon miles of open countryside. Old tombstones stand dotted around the small field they find themselves in, and the stench of death is always strong on the air. A few dying trees stand meekly to the side, but they are of no use to anyone. No, if you're looking for a hiding place, all the gravestones could provide excellent cover... Moderator: Storm
Dark Alleyway There is a large, dark alleyway that runs throughout the back streets of the city, it's empty, damp path winding this way and that across the whole land. Because of this, it's a great way to get from A to B quickly, but you must hurry. The darker dogs will lurk in the corners, out of sight, waiting to pounce on any un-suspecting prey. Tall, damp walls stretch for what seems like miles to either side of you, the edges of huge apartment blocks. Balconies are dotted here and there, but if you’re lucky, you’ll go un-noticed by the human eyes… Moderator: Storm

The Old Cinema This old cinema has been deserted by the humans for as long as anyone can remember, but no one questions it anymore. The people have given up on plans to demolish it, and it simply stands rotting at the cross-junction of a busy street. However, its mouldy doors are easy to bust through, and canines can use the back entrance. Inside, there are numerous screens, now empty and quiet, but a great place to hide in safety from human life. It's recommended you come with a friend, for in a building this big, anyone could be lurking in one of the many rooms... Moderator: Storm
